After getting some sleep I decided to unpack some of my things and I’ve come quite far. It’s nice to get everything in order and it’s so much easier to find things when they’re in a closet instead of in a suitcase. When I was out running it started pouring down and according to the weather forecast it’s going to be thunder and lightning later in the day as well. So I thought I would share this little recipe that Hilde taught me. It’s quite simple to make and it’s delicious. 
1. Blow up water balloons to the size that you want them, we made ours kind of small 2. Melt chocolate in a water bath and dip the water balloons in. Cover approx. 3/4 of the balloon. 3. Put them on a dish and 4 put them in the fridge for about 30 minutes.
While the chocolate eggs are in the fridge you can make chocolate mousse. 5. Now you are going to pop the balloons and it’s very important that you remove all of the balloons so no one ends up eating it :-) and then afterwards you put the mousse in. 6. You can eat it as it is or add berries, chocolate, Oreo or any other things that you want on the top!
